Fee Structure

 

We currently are providers with two major insurance plans in the Seattle area:  Regence Blue Shield and First Choice.  If you intend to use one of these plans to help pay for some of your treatment, you should advise us of this during your initial phone call.  In all cases where you seek insurance reimbursement, you should contact your insurance representative first to determine your benefits.

 

Assessment

 

With a few exceptions, most insurance companies will pay for a portion of the charges for a comprehensive assessment.  The table below lists the typical charges and procedure codes for a comprehensive assessment. This information can be used when discussing reimbursement for your assessment with your insurance company.
